Currently we are looking for an outside sales person for our Dayton Market. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating sales to existing and new accounts within the Dayton market. You will be accountable for achieving quota by hunting new customers and growing existing relationships in our industry.  We are seeking highly energized self-starters who are passionate about working with customers.


  • Outside Sales Representative
    • Promotes sales and service to assigned and potential customers
    • Focuses on sales quota, new business development & building  customer relationships
    • Responsible for establishing and securing new business
    • Secures long term relationship by negotiating Product Supply agreements
    • Maintain list of target accounts by generating and qualifying new business leads via business directories, trade shows, Internet Web sites, newspaper and other sources
    • Coordinates with team on deliveries and routing
    • Demonstrates products to new account customers
    • Assists in collecting outstanding account balances
    • Enters new customer data and pricing into database
    • Attends trade shows
    • Travel by car required 50-75% within 70 mile radius of Dayton facility
    • Performs other projects and duties as assigned



    • Prefer 3+ years Outside Sales experience
    • 1+ years of experience in relevant industries
    • Proven prior sales success
    • Experience or familiarity with welding gases and hard goods preferred not required
    • Competent computer skills Excel and Word
    • Valid Driver’s License
    • Hazardous materials training and certificate is a plus
